Responsibilities

- Recruitment - 80%: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Recruitment - 80%: Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Recruitment - 80%: Coordinate assessments, interviews, and feedback with hiring managers.
- Recruitment - 80%: Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker and recruitment pipeline.
- Recruitment - 80%: Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment - 80%: Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining coordination.
- Recruitment - 80%: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- HR Operations - 20%: Support day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- HR Operations - 20%: Assist with maintaining and updating employee databases and HR trackers.
- HR Operations - 20%: Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
- HR Operations - 20%: Coordinate with employees and internal teams for routine HR requirements.

Requirements





- 6 months or more of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong interest in recruitment and people management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple openings and coordinating with candidates.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets/Excel, and HR tools is preferred.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow across different areas of HR.
