Job Summary

The Employee shall be responsible for supporting the Company's CRM, sales coordination, client servicing, and account management functions. The role requires effective coordination with clients, the sales team, and internal teams to ensure accurate data management, timely follow-ups, smooth execution of client requirements, and continued client engagement.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate CRM, lead, client, and sales pipeline records.
- Coordinate with the sales team on lead follow-ups, updates, and pipeline tracking.
- Manage client communication, account coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day requirements.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Schedule and coordinate client calls, meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
- Track client requirements, pending tasks, and action items through to timely closure.
- Maintain client records, trackers, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Identify and resolve gaps in CRM, sales, and client data.




- Support client retention and business growth through strong relationship management and identifying repeat-business opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and Company's information.
- Support CRM and account management process improvements and take up other responsibilities assigned by management.
- Travel occasionally for official meetings or client interactions, as required.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Robust communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Prior hands-on experience in Meta Marketing is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not have relevant Meta Marketing experience.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong follow-up mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple leads, clients, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting.
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred.
