Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Interact with bank customers and understand their financial protection needs
- Explain and promote suitable life insurance products through the banks branch network
- Generate leads through bank references, walk-ins, and assigned branches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and customers
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist them through the sales process
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
- Provide quality service and support to existing customers

- Positive verbal and written communication skills
