Key responsibilities:
- Manage and convert qualified and high-potential leads provided by the company into successful business opportunities.
- Take ownership of the complete client conversion cycle, from initial engagement and requirement understanding to negotiation and closure.
- Build strong professional relationships with prospects and establish trust throughout the sales process.
- Drive structured and timely follow-ups to ensure consistent movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Effectively address client queries, concerns, and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Prepare and communicate proposals, quotations, and service-related information in coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Consistently work towards achieving sales, conversion, revenue, and business growth targets.
- Contribute towards improving the overall client acquisition and conversion process through effective market and client insights.
