About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Novelty Traders. If you have a strong proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, Tally, and accounting principles, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions and entries in Tally software.
2. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
3. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and internal policies.
6. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
