About the role

The Operations Executive executes shipments and bookings end to end, with proof at every step.

Duties

Create marketplace fulfilment shipments and quick-commerce replenishment orders.

Process marketplace vendor purchase orders and direct-fulfilment orders.

Book carriers and delivery appointments; track every shipment to goods receipt.

Generate invoices, e-way bills, box labels and packing lists.

Update the shipment tracking workbook daily; close every row with evidence.

Requirements

The required skills are: Excel, Marketplace seller portals, E-way bill / invoicing basics, Follow-through.





The experience required is 2 to 5 years.

The education required is Graduate.

Pay, hours and advantages

The salary is Rs 20,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience.

The job type is Full-time, with 8 working hours per day and one weekly day off.

The benefits include 8 days of paid casual leave per year.

The work location is the company office and warehouses in Kolhapur.
