Salary Package

- 1–2 Years: Up to ₹5 LPA
- 2–3 Years: Up to ₹5.4 LPA
- 3–4 Years: Up to ₹5.7 LPA

1 Year of documented experience required
11 months of relevant experience may also be considered

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer travel queries and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Manage reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel requests.
- Assist customers throughout the booking journey and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of service.
- Achieve assigned sales and service targets.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of travel & reservation processes
- Robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Good sales and convincing skills
