WE ARE HIRING – SOUTH INDIAN CHEF / DOSA SPECIALIST Malleshwaram Cafe | Orai, Uttar Pradesh We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef / Dosa Specialist with strong expertise in Karnataka cuisine and traditional South Indian food. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate should be experienced in preparing: Rameshwaram-style Dosas Benne Dosa Ghee Dosa Garlic Dosa Rose Dosa Different varieties of crispy and soft Dosas Idli and Vada Authentic Sambar and Chutneys Karnataka-style breakfast Traditional South Indian preparations Authentic South Indian Filter Coffee CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred Strong knowledge of South Indian and Karnataka cuisine Excellent taste consistency and food quality Ability to independently manage the Dosa and breakfast section Good kitchen hygiene and discipline Willingness to relocate to Orai,



Uttar Pradesh Candidates with previous work experience in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu or Kerala will be preferred Experience in a reputed South Indian restaurant or cafe will be preferred SALARY AND ADVANTAGES Salary: Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 36,000 per month Food provided Accommodation can be discussed 2 days off per month LOCATION Malleshwaram Cafe Orai, Uttar Pradesh TO APPLY Interested candidates can apply with their name, current location, years of experience, current salary and previous work details.
