Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and FlutterFlow.
- Design and develop responsive mobile applications using FlutterFlow with custom Flutter/Dart code wherever required.
- Lead and guide the Flutter/FlutterFlow development team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and efficient Flutter/Dart code.
- Build and customize applications using FlutterFlow, including UI components, workflows, navigation, and integrations.
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, and third-party services.
- Convert FlutterFlow-generated applications into production-ready applications and customize them using Flutter/Dart when required.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance-related problems.
- Review team members' work and provide technical guidance when required.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and participate in project and technical discussions.

Required Skills:

- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter Development.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.




- Practical experience with FlutterFlow and low-code/no-code application development.
- Experience in integrating REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, and third-party services.
- Good understanding of Firebase and mobile application architecture.
- Knowledge of state management such as Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Ability to work with FlutterFlow custom actions, custom functions, API integrations, and backend services.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and application optimization skills.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Skilled attitude and strong team coordination skills.
- Ability to lead, guide, and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently on projects.

Preferred Candidate:

- Professional and responsible personality.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter + FlutterFlow development.
- Practical experience in building and deploying mobile applications using FlutterFlow.
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Good communication and client/project discussion skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to independently handle development tasks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
