An Accounts Team Leader at Incheon KIA oversees the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, compliance, and efficient operations within our Kollam Dealership. Has to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, provide leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure smooth functioning of financial processes, ultimately contributing to the company's financial health and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision and Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Record-Keeping :Oversee the accurate recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations, such as IND AS.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, and prepare variance analysis.
- Internal Controls:



Establish and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and auditors.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting, ideally within the automotive industry.
- 2 Years in Automobile Industry.
- 4-5 Years experience if in any other industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
