- Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct routine laboratory analysis for resins, emulsions, specialty chemicals, and other chemical products.
- Test parameters such as viscosity, pH, solid content, density, moisture, appearance, acid value, color, and other product-specific parameters.
- Collect and analyze samples from production batches as per approved sampling procedures.
- Ensure testing is performed according to SOPs, specifications, test methods, and batch requirements.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, COA, logbooks, and batch-wise quality documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production Department for in-process testing and batch release.
- Identify deviations, abnormal test results, and quality issues and report them to the QC/QA Supervisor or Manager.




- Support investigation of OOS (Out of Specification) and deviation cases.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments as per defined schedules.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures.
- Assist in developing and improving testing methods and laboratory procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable safety requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
