Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM and the ability to deliver effective, practical, and engaging training to learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct instructor-led training sessions on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Explain SAP PM concepts, processes, configuration, and business scenarios.
- Provide hands-on training using practical and real-time business examples.
- Develop training materials, presentations, exercises, and assignments.
- Train candidates on maintenance processes, notifications, work orders, equipment, functional locations, and preventive maintenance.
- Assess trainees through practical exercises, assignments, and evaluations.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to trainees throughout the training program.
- Explain integration of SAP PM with other modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PP.
- Keep training content updated based on current SAP practices and platform developments.
- Support learners in understanding real-world SAP PM implementation and support scenarios.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in SAP PM.
- Robust knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical and functional concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Experience in delivering online or classroom training is preferred.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Previous experience as an SAP PM Trainer, SAP PM Consultant, SAP PM Functional Consultant, or SAP PM Support Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with real-time SAP PM projects.
- Strong mentoring and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create project-based exercises and practical training scenarios.
- Comfortable conducting both theoretical and hands-on training sessions.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
