About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller – Real Estate Sales to promote and generate bookings for commercial and residential properties in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, and a solid interest in sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain available residential and commercial properties.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain professional communication.
- Coordinate with customers regarding property details, site visits, meetings, and booking procedures.
- Build positive relationships with potential buyers to increase property enquiries and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding projects.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of enquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers until the final stage of the sales process.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and coordination abilities.
- Ability to convince and engage potential customers professionally.
- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Experienced with good communication and sales skills and no target.
