Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day US Commercial Trucking Insurance policy servicing
- Process driver and vehicle additions/deletions
- Handle VIN corrections, driver swaps and policy changes
- Process AL, PD, MTC, GL and other policy endorsements
- Prepare and review COIs and policy documents
- Handle broker/client emails and servicing requests
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and follow up on pending requests
- Review policy information for accuracy
- Track pending endorsements and service requests
- Handle renewals, policy changes and other servicing activities
- Maintain proper documentation and system notes
- Escalate urgent or complex issues when required

equirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in US Trucking / Commercial Insurance




✅ Strong knowledge of policy servicing and endorsements
✅ Experience working with US insurance carriers/agencies
✅ Valuable understanding of commercial auto/trucking insurance
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Excellent written English and email communication
✅ Ability to manage multiple requests and meet turnaround times
✅ Experience with AMS/CRM systems is a plus

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
