Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, B.Com, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, job portals, Excel/Sheets, emails, and documentation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with founders and teams on hiring requirements
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and HR records
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR operations
- Assist with employee engagement and internal communication
- Support HR policies, processes, and process improvements
- Prepare basic HR reports and trackers
- Use AI tools and modern HR platforms to improve HR workflows




- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and candidate information

Who Are We Looking For

- Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Management, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and employees
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive
- Interested in recruitment, people operations, and startup HR
- Prior HR/recruitment experience is an advantage

Compensation
