EmergingsAds is a web / app / digital marketing / software company that gets clients from Upwork. You'll be the first voice a client hears from us, so you will bring in the work for the whole team.

Your day-to-day

- Scan new Upwork job posts and pick the ones that suit our skills
- Write short, personal proposals that feel human, not copy-pasted
- Send Connects wisely and track which bids get replies
- Chat with clients, answer their first questions and book calls
- Work with our sales and delivery team to hand over won projects
- Keep a simple tracker of bids, replies and wins, and find out what works

Who you are

- A fresher or recent graduate (any stream). Experience isn't needed
- Must have your own laptop with a working charger and a reliable setup for daily office use
- Strong written English: clear, friendly and confident
- Curious about tech, design or marketing
- Quick, organised, and not afraid of a "no"
- Able to read a client's post and understand what they really need
- Bonus: a basic Upwork,



Fiverr or freelance profile, or any sales or content writing practice

- Proposal writing that gets replies
- Client psychology and lead qualification
- Upwork algorithm tricks, profile optimisation and Connects strategy
- A real path to Sales Executive, Business Development or Account Manager
