Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics cum Visual Editor with 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic designing, visual content creation, digital media, and print media designing.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, websites, news/media platforms, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and print publications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, typography, layouts, branding, and print-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Create visual content for news/media platforms, including news cards, breaking news creatives, thumbnails, banners, and promotional graphics.
- Design print media materials such as newspapers, brochures, flyers, posters, pamphlets, magazines, advertisements, standees, hoardings, and other promotional materials.
- Edit and enhance photographs, images, and other visual assets for digital and print use.
- Create layouts according to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across digital and print platforms.
- Work closely with the editorial, content, marketing, and social media teams to understand creative requirements.
- Prepare high-quality print-ready files with appropriate dimensions, resolution, bleed, margins,



and color formats.
- Adapt the same creative concept into different sizes and formats for social media, websites, print advertisements, and other platforms.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and delivered within deadlines.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, events, announcements, and special occasions.
- Maintain organized design files, source files, templates, and creative assets.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the editorial, marketing, or management team.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, media, advertising, and visual communication trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign/CorelDRAW or similar print-design software.
- Understanding of print media design and production requirements.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Good photo editing and image retouching skills.
- Ability to create designs for digital, social media, and print platforms.
- Basic understanding of different file formats, image resolutions, CMYK/RGB, bleed, and print specifications.




- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

- 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design / Visual Editing / Media / Advertising / Print Media.
- Experience working with a news organization, media house, advertising agency, newspaper, publishing house, or digital media company will be an advantage.
- Experience in designing creatives for news and social media platforms will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print media work will be given preference.

Educational Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field will be preferred.
