JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

REQUIREMENTS

- Any Graduate with good communication skills
- 1–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
