Shift Timings :- 9.30 am - 6.30 pm

Job Responsibilities :-

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function of the organization. The role will be responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete HR function and HR team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, SOPs, and systems.
- Handle manpower planning, workforce requirements, and hiring budgets.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, labour laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Design and manage KPI/KRA and performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.




- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Identify training and development requirements and coordinate relevant programs.
- Work closely with management and department heads on workforce and people-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support management in organizational restructuring, policy changes, and HR strategy.

Ideal Candidate

- 8–15 years of overall HR experience, with experience in a senior HR/leadership position.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing an HR team will be preferred.
