Job Summary:

Looking for an energetic Hospitality HR Manager with 4–7 years of relevant experience to handle end-to-end HR operations across our properties in Nashik. The ideal candidate will focus on bulk hiring for service/kitchen staff, managing shift rosters, processing payroll inputs, and maintaining staff retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, interview, and onboard culinary staff, waitstaff, management trainees, and operational staff.
- Supervise attendance tracking, shift scheduling, overtime records, and payroll data preparation.
- Handle employee orientation, service standards training,



and resolve staff grievances promptly.
- Ensure workplace compliance with local labor rules and health safety protocols.

Requirements:

- 4 to 7 years of HR management experience, specifically within Hotels, Restaurants, or Retail sectors.
- Sourcing for high-turnover roles, employee relations, payroll management, and grievance handling.
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
