Team Lead (Presales)

We are hiring Team Lead for our Top Leading Kerala- based EdTech company.

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Only experienced candidates are eligible for this position.

Salary: ₹ 6 LPA

Eligibility :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline is eligible.
- Prior experience working as Academic Counselor, Academic Advisory, Admission Counselor or Education Counselor is mandatory.
- 3– 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Education Sales. Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling a sales team.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in tele-sales, lead conversion, and target-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in education, EdTech, or IT services sales is an added advantage. Solid leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Career Specialists to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle escalations from parents/students and support the team in complex cases. Ensure adherence to company processes, discipline, and timelines.

Salary: ₹ 6 LPA

Shift Details:

- Work timing: 10 am - 6 pm

- 6 working days per week

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
