Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering

or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: 7–10 years in manufacturing/plant operations, preferably EV/Automotive.

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹85,000 per month

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing

operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, inventory control, and timely

dispatch while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, manage, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

 Ensure smooth assembly operations with optimum utilization of manpower,

machinery, and resources.

 Implement and monitor quality control systems to minimize defects, rework, and

warranty claims.





 Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted

material availability.

 Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.

 Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

 Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor

personnel.

 Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including production output, quality,

productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost per unit.

 Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, and factory regulations.

 Manage incoming material quality and coordinate with suppliers on corrective

actions for quality issues.

 Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs for production and quality

concerns.

 Support new product introductions, process improvements, and capacity expansion

projects.

 Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.

 Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational

excellence.
