About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Development Trainer / Mentor with 1–2 years of practical experience to conduct online training sessions and mentor our interns.

The trainer will help learners build a strong foundation in web development and develop practical skills across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and full-stack application development.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity requiring only 2 hours per week, making it suitable for software developers, full-stack engineers, web developers, freelancers, and industry practitioners who enjoy teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 2 hours of online Full Stack Web Development training per week.
- Explain web development concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Provide practical training in:
- HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Responsive Web Design
- Frontend Development
- React.js / Up-to-date Frontend Frameworks
- Backend Development
- Node.js / Express.js or equivalent backend technologies
- REST APIs & API Integration
- Database Fundamentals
- SQL / NoSQL Databases
- Git & GitHub
- Authentication & Authorization Basics
- Debugging & Error Handling
- Deployment & Hosting Fundamentals
- Demonstrate real-world development workflows and best practices.




- Guide learners through hands-on coding exercises and full-stack projects.
- Help learners understand frontend-backend integration and application architecture.
- Review code and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Address learner questions and assist with debugging.
- Introduce learners to relevant development tools, frameworks, and industry practices.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of practical experience in Full Stack Web Development, Software Development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and Git.
- Practical experience with at least one modern frontend and backend technology stack.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting online training sessions.

Compensation & Engagement

- ₹500 per hour
