Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for providing effective and courteous service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the Food & Beverage team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before service.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish dining.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist in preparing cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
- Refill water and other table requirements as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.




- Assist the kitchen and F&B; team when required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of restaurant equipment and supplies.
- Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th/12th qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented, punctual, and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
