Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at the Corporate Office. In this role, you will drive business development, build relationships with prospective B2B clients, manage product presentations, and represent the company at market visits and industry trade events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Outreach

· Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients across core target industries (FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, agro-commodities).

· Conduct field visits, face-to-face client meetings, and plant/office visits to present product portfolios and understand customer requirements.

· Follow up on sales leads generated through market research, trade fairs, and incoming inquiries.

2. Account Management & Sales Support

· Act as the key liaison between corporate clients and internal teams (Production, Design, Quality) to ensure smooth execution of orders and sample development.

· Prepare formal commercial proposals, price quotations, sales presentations, and contracts.

· Maintain regular communication with existing clients to secure repeat business and drive account growth.

3. Market Intelligence & Collateral Management

· Conduct market visits to gather intelligence on competitor pricing, new product trends, and emerging packaging demands.





· Coordinate the distribution of marketing collaterals, catalogues, and physical sample kits during meetings and field tours.

4. Trade Shows & Expos

· Represent the company at industrial trade fairs, B2B expos, and networking events.

· Handle on-ground stall inquiries, gather qualified leads, and execute post-event follow-up strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, industrial sales, or corporate business development (versatile packaging or manufacturing background preferred).

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing (BCom/BSc), Commerce, or related fields. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.

· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions as required.

- Key Skills:

o Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

o Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi / regional languages.

o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for client pitches and reporting.

o Self-motivated with strong time-management and field navigation skills.
