Store Manager – Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 2,000–2,500 per month + Sales Commission
Working Hours: 10 hours per day, shift-based
Annual Leave: 21 days per year

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Store Managers to oversee retail store operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of retail experience, including supervisory or store management experience, with robust leadership, sales, customer service, and team-management skills.

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the store team, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store employees to achieve business and sales objectives.
- Set and monitor sales targets and store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment, and product availability.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
- Monitor daily sales, operational activities, and store reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Train and guide team members on sales, customer service, and company procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, inventory, staffing, and operational requirements.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Support the achievement of overall store sales and business targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant retail experience.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible, shift-based schedules.
- Good knowledge of retail store operations, sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
