Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Follow kitchen safety and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during service hours.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Commis 1 Chef in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
