We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our team in Kannur and Kozhikode.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assign duties to service staff and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and operational standards.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and team-management skills.
- Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
