Job Title: Customer Experience Executive – Voice & Chat

Process: Voice & Chat//Blended

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift Duration: 9 Hours (8 Hours Login + 1 Hour Break)

Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹22,000 per month + applicable night allowance

Eligibility:

- Graduates/Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

- Valuable verbal and written communication

- Customer-focused and confident personality

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice and chat

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions

- Assist with orders, delivery, cancellations, refunds and general queries

- Maintain professional communication with customers

- Follow quality standards and process guidelines

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Important: Candidates with strong English communication and customer-handling skills are preferred. This role involves direct customer interaction, so basic or weak English communication may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
