Position Overview

Vishya Learning Solutions is looking for a skilled and creative Storyline Developer with 1–3 years of relevant professional experience to join our e-learning development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, interactive, and visually effective digital learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, interactive learning development, animations, triggers, variables, states, layers, assessments, multimedia integration, and LMS-ready course publishing. The role requires an individual who can independently convert scripts, storyboards, PPTs, and learning objectives into high-quality e-learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Articulate Storyline Development

Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.

Convert storyboards, scripts, PPTs, and learning objectives into functional and engaging online learning modules.

Create and manage triggers, states, layers, variables, conditions, slide masters, motion paths, and animations.

Develop scenario-based learning, simulations, knowledge checks, quizzes, assessments, and interactive activities.

Build reusable interactions and maintain consistency across multiple modules.

2. Multimedia & Visual Integration

Integrate images, illustrations, icons, characters, audio, video, animations, and other multimedia assets into Storyline courses.

Synchronize voiceovers, animations, screen recordings, and on-screen content.

Apply visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and basic design principles to create learner-friendly screens.





Optimize media assets and course elements for smooth performance.

3. E-Learning Production & Quality Assurance

Work with Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, Subject Matter Experts, and project teams to develop learning content.

Review Storyline courses for functionality, navigation, content accuracy, visual consistency, and learner experience.

Conduct functional testing and resolve issues related to triggers, variables, navigation, audio, animation, and assessments.

Publish courses in SCORM and other LMS-compatible formats as required.

Implement internal and client feedback accurately and within project timelines.

4. Project Delivery

Manage assigned modules and deliverables within agreed timelines.

Maintain organized source files, assets, versions, and project documentation.

Follow organizational development standards, quality guidelines, and client specifications.

Stay updated with new Storyline features, e-learning technologies, and AI-enabled content development tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360.

Vishya Learning Solutions | Storyline Developer

Good understanding of triggers, variables, states, layers, slide masters, conditions, motion paths, animations, and assessments.

Understanding of SCORM and LMS concepts.

Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and multimedia integration.

Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret scripts and storyboards and translate them into effective learning experiences.

Good understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and learner-friendly design.

Good communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to learn and adopt new e-learning and AI-enabled content creation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, E-Learning, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Articulate Storyline, e-learning development, multimedia development, or digital learning content development.

Previous experience working on corporate e-learning projects is preferred.

Experience with Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or similar tools is an added advantage.

Strong portfolio demonstrating practical Storyline/e-learning development capability.

Candidates with strong Storyline portfolios will be given preference.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Sunday: Weekly holiday.

Every 3rd Saturday: Holiday.

General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

Alternate Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST.

Shift Rotation: Employees will be assigned/switched between shifts on a month-on-month basis, depending on organizational requirements.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, Storyline expertise, technical skills, portfolio, and overall suitability for the role.
