TBH Sports Infra by Tixo Innovations is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to generate and qualify leads, make outbound calls, follow up with prospects, schedule meetings/site visits, and support quotations and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online research
- Qualify prospects and understand project requirements
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and inactive prospects
- Schedule meetings and site visits
- Maintain CRM, sales records, and daily reports
- Coordinate with technical/field sales teams

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Target-oriented and organized
- Basic Excel/CRM/WhatsApp skills
- English + Hindi/Punjabi communication
- Freshers can apply

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives
