Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced skilled to supervise Control Panel manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and related production activities at our Puducherry facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise electrical panel assembly, wiring, and manufacturing activities
- Supervise panel inspection and testing
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources to meet production targets
- Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
- Lead technicians, electricians, and contract workforce
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Procurement teams
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and testing documentation
- Ensure panels are assembled as per approved drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Check BOM, GA drawings, schematics, and project documents
- Clear panels for dispatch after final inspection
- Ensure safe and productive shop-floor operations

Required Experience & Skills:

- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Control Panel manufacturing / assembly
- Strong experience in LT Control Panels, AMF Panels, SYNC Panels, and Power Panels
- Experience in Switchgear assembly, Bus Bar assembly, and Starter Panels
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control wiring diagrams, power wiring diagrams,



and GA drawings
- Good knowledge of electrical components, materials, and industry standards
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in panel manufacturing companies or similar production setups.
