About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused F&B; Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The role will involve managing service operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and supporting the team in achieving sales and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure all SOPs, service standards, and brand guidelines are followed.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for efficient service.
- Monitor table allocation, reservations, guest seating, and overall floor operations.

Guest Experience

- Ensure a warm and personalized guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.

Cost & Inventory

- Monitor food and beverage wastage and support cost-control initiatives.




- Coordinate with the Store/Kitchen team for inventory requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, and other F&B; assets.

What We’re Looking For

5-6 years of experience in F&B; / Restaurant Operations.
Experience in Fine Dining, Premium Casual Dining, Multicuisine, or All-Day Dining preferred.
Robust communication and guest-handling skills.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Hands-on experience with POS and restaurant systems.
Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
Sales-oriented, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
