Job Summary:

Looking for an organized Section Head with 2–4 years of experience to oversee a specific clothing department, guide retail associates, and optimize product display in our Nashik store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of assigned apparel department operations, maintaining sizing order, neatness, and display standards.
- Supervise retail helpers and floor sales staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring floor service.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts, track rapid-selling lines, and raise stock replenishment alerts.
- Assist customers during peak store hours and handle floor level customer queries.

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 years as a Floor Supervisor, Section Lead, or Senior Sales Associate in a garment retail store or hypermarket.
- Department management, visual merchandising, stock audits, and team supervision.
- 12th pass minimum; Higher qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
