- Understanding of audience targeting and basic buyer persona research.
- Knowledge of social media KPIs and performance tracking.
- Positive writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop / Canva.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
