SENIOR FACADE DESIGNER

Job description

Great opportunity to work at our Mumbai office, working with a specialist design team, involving Architectural and building facade designs. Following brief profile outline.

· Good understanding and ability to read architectural/technical drawings

· Preparing 2D and 3D details of building designs, and developing construction drawings

· Develop building facade systems, details, connections, and architectural details

· Working with a team of engineers, architects and designers

· Coordinate internally with project lead for the preparation of designs

· Able to manage a small design team and work with the team towards delivery timelines

· Attend design / technical meetings externally, able to respond to technical aspects

Skills and Capabilities

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any Engg disciplines

- Min. 8 years of working experience in the Façade Industry or Pre-fabrications related.





- Valuable working experience and ability to produce design drawings highly efficient

- Knowledge of pre-fabrication, façade and cladding design works with practical skills

- Good knowledge of 3D design and detailing will be an added advantage.

- A highly motivated individual willing to work on challenging requirements.

- Ability to work in a given timeframe, pro-active team worker, able to communicate.
