Cilead Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing, Inventory & Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day billing, inventory, packaging and dispatch operations at our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices, GST bills and credit notes using billing software.
- Manage daily product packing, order processing and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory entries.
- Handle inward and outward stock entries.
- Verify product names, batch numbers, expiry dates and quantities before dispatch.
- Generate e-way bills and maintain dispatch-related documentation, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with transporters, distributors and the sales team.
- Maintain daily sales, stock and dispatch reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper storage, handling and organization of pharmaceutical products.
- Report stock discrepancies and billing errors to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.




- Working knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and invoices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply.
