We are hiring a team to support hospital and doctor listing work across Madhya Pradesh.
1. Field Executive — 5 Positions
Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals and doctors in the assigned area.
- Collect and verify information for hospital and doctor listings.
- Maintain regular communication with the supervisor.
- Submit accurate work updates and records.
Requirements
- Graduate.
- Willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to collect information accurately and work independently.
2. Field Supervisor — 1 Positions
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support field executives.
- Assign areas and coordinate daily field activities.
- Monitor progress and help resolve field-level issues.
- Review work updates and report progress to the back office.
Requirements
- Graduate.
- Experience managing or supervising field staff preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned area.
3. Back Office Manager — 1 Position
Responsibilities
- Coordinate field staff and manage day-to-day operations.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding for field roles.
- Track work progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with clients and support field teams.
- Use Tally and Microsoft Excel for routine office and accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate.
- Good spoken English and client management skills.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
