1. Site Coordination

- Act as the primary coordination link between the design team, client, contractor, consultants, and vendors at site.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure work proceeds according to the approved drawings and project schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor overall progress.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate team.

2. Drawing & Design Coordination

- Ensure that the latest Good for Construction (GFC) / approved drawings are available and being followed on site.
- Review architectural, interior, structural, MEP, and other relevant drawings for coordination.
- Identify discrepancies, clashes, omissions, or constructability issues and report them to the design team.
- Ensure that approved design changes are communicated to the site team.

3. Quality Control

- Monitor workmanship and construction quality against approved drawings, specifications, samples, and standards.
- Check materials delivered to site against approved samples/specifications.
- Inspect critical works before they are covered or concealed.
- Report defective or non-conforming work to the concerned contractor and design team.

4. Progress Monitoring

- Monitor daily and weekly progress against the approved project schedule.
- Record completed works and identify delays or potential delays.
- Coordinate with contractors to understand reasons for delays and required corrective actions.
- Maintain regular site progress reports, photographs, and records.

5. Contractor & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate the activities of civil contractors, interior contractors, MEP contractors, fabricators, suppliers, and specialist vendors.
- Ensure that different trades work in the correct sequence and do not interfere with each other.
- Coordinate material deliveries, site access, storage, and installation requirements.
- Follow up on pending materials, shop drawings, samples, and approvals.

6. Site Measurements & Verification

- Verify dimensions and site conditions before execution of important works.




- Take or verify measurements required for fabrication, furniture, joinery, finishes, and other site works.
- Identify discrepancies between actual site conditions and drawings.
- Maintain records of relevant site measurements.

7. Material & Sample Coordination

- Track submission and approval of:
- Material samples
- Finish samples
- Mock-ups
- Shop drawings
- Product data
- Color/finish approvals
- Verify that materials installed on site correspond to approved samples and specifications.

8. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain appropriate site documentation, including:

- Daily/weekly site reports
- Site photographs
- Site meeting minutes
- Progress updates
- Drawing registers
- Material/sample registers
- RFI registers
- Snag lists
- Approval trackers
- Site instructions
- Variation/change records
- Inspection records

9. Safety & Site Discipline

- Monitor whether contractors are following basic site safety requirements and project/site rules.
- Report unsafe conditions to the contractor/project manager immediately.
- Ensure that work areas are reasonably organised and accessible.
- The Site Supervisor should not assume the statutory safety responsibilities of the contractor or appointed safety professional unless specifically assigned under the project agreement.

10. Handover & Close-Out

Towards completion:

- Prepare and maintain snag/punch lists.
- Coordinate rectification of outstanding works.
- Verify completion against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate final inspections.
- Collect relevant warranties, manuals, test reports, and as-built information where required.
- Assist the project team with final handover.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
