KDC Chits Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive customer acquisition, achieve business targets, and expand sales operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and new business opportunities.
- Monitor team and branch performance.
- Conduct sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in Chit Funds, NBFC, Banking, Finance, or related industries preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven team-management and target-achievement experience.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
