Job Title: Senior Gold & Silver Appraiser / Tele-Calling & Conversion Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Gold & Silver Appraiser with strong tele-calling and sales negotiation skills to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming client inquiries via phone calls, qualify leads, build instant trust, and drive high-profit conversions for our gold-buying and loan takeover services. In addition to tele-calling, you will perform accurate physical jewel testing in our office and execute local field visits/doorstep appraisal services as needed.
Note: This role is strictly for experienced professionals. Due to our high operational volume, we are not hiring freshers for this position and will not be offering entry-level training. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in gold appraisal, customer conversion, and sales.Key Responsibilities

- Tele-Calling & Sales Conversion: Lead initial outbound/inbound calls, pitch company services, address customer queries confidently, and convert inquiries into profitable deals.
- Jewel Appraisal & Purity Testing: Independently evaluate gold and silver purity using acid testing, touchstone check, net weight calculations, and carat evaluation with complete accuracy.
- Fraud Detection & Vigilance: Spot spurious, fake, alloyed, plated, or tungsten-filled items to safeguard business operations.
- KYC & Document Verification: Cross-check customer identities, original purchase invoices, loan receipts, and financial documents accurately.
- Flexible Work Model (Office + Field): Manage in-office client walk-ins, phone calls,



and step out for field takeovers (from banks/NBFCs) or doorstep appraisal visits as required.
- Client Retention & Ethics: Build strong rapport with clients while adhering to transparent and honest business practices.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1–3+ years of direct experience in gold appraisal, gold buying, NBFC/bank gold loan operations, or gold-related sales.
- Must-Have Skills: Proven tele-calling and phone-conversion capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and strong spoken communication.
- Technical Mastery: Solid expertise in gold/silver purity assessment, carat calculation, and fraud prevention without supervision.
- Integrity & Mobility: High sense of responsibility when handling valuable assets, along with willingness to travel locally for doorstep appraisals and takeovers.
- Education: High school diploma, diploma, or degree in any stream.
