# Videographer cum Video Editor

## About the Role

Manshar EdTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled **Videographer cum Video Editor** who can handle end-to-end visual content creation for our different brands and business divisions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for **videography, video editing, reels, promotional videos, educational content, social media creatives, and basic graphic designing**.

You will work across:

* **ILMEAZY** – Online Islamic School & Preschool

* **Manshar Heal** – Quran & Sunnah-based Rukya Healing Consultation and educational programs

* **Manshar Training** – Professional and skill-based training programs

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced digital marketing environment.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Videography

* Shoot professional videos for social media, advertisements, webinars, courses and promotional campaigns.

* Handle camera, lighting, microphone and basic shooting equipment.

* Plan and execute video shoots based on scripts and creative requirements.

* Shoot Reels, Instagram/Facebook videos, YouTube content, testimonials and educational videos.

* Capture high-quality footage suitable for both organic content and paid advertisements.

* Maintain proper framing, lighting, audio and composition.

### 2. Video Editing

* Edit short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.

* Edit long-form videos, webinars, interviews and educational content.

* Add subtitles, captions, transitions, sound effects, music and motion graphics.

* Create engaging videos suitable for Meta Ads and other digital platforms.





* Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.

* Maintain brand consistency across all video content.

* Complete editing within agreed deadlines.

### 3. Graphic Designing

The candidate should also have basic to intermediate graphic design skills.

Responsibilities include:

* Designing social media posts and creatives.

* Designing promotional posters and advertisements.

* Creating thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms.

* Designing event and webinar creatives.

* Creating basic banners, certificates and marketing materials.

* Adapting designs according to different brand guidelines.

* Creating visual assets required for digital marketing campaigns.

### 4. Brand-wise Content Creation

The candidate will create visual content for:

* Educational videos

* Preschool content

* Parenting content

* Madrasa-related content

* Social media Reels

* Admission campaigns

* Promotional advertisements

* Rukya/healing educational content

* Awareness videos

* Consultation-related content

* Webinar promotions

* Course promotions

* Social media campaigns

**Manshar Training**

* Training program promotions

* Course advertisements

* Student testimonials

* Educational Reels

* Webinar/event creatives

* Promotional campaigns

## Required Skills

### Video & Production Skills

* Good knowledge of videography

* Camera handling

* Lighting setup

* Audio recording

* Framing and composition

* Video storytelling





* Reel/short-form content creation

* Basic knowledge of shooting setups

Knowledge of **motion graphics and animation** will be an added advantage.

## Additional Skills

* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content formats.

* Understanding of Meta Ads creative requirements.

* Ability to create attention-grabbing video hooks.

* Ability to follow scripts and creative briefs.

* Good sense of current social media trends.

* Creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.

* Good time management.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.

## Preferred Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in videography/video editing.

* Experience working with EdTech, digital marketing, training, education or similar businesses is an advantage.

* A portfolio/showreel is highly preferred.

* Candidates who can independently handle **shooting + editing + basic designing** will be preferred.
