Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow TPRM Senior Solution Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, optimization, and support of ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow TPRM solutions.
- Optimize TPRM workflows, assessments, risk scoring, notifications, approvals, dashboards, and reporting.
- Work on IRQ, VRA, risk tiering, remediation, and continuous monitoring.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
- Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
- Prepare solution designs, technical documentation, user stories, test plans, and implementation documents.
- Collaborate with clients and distributed teams and mentor junior consultants/administrators.




- Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on **ServiceNow TPRM** experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules, Notifications, Reporting, Dashboards, and Security.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
- Knowledge of third-party risk, compliance, control testing, remediation, and continuous monitoring.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001/27000, PCI DSS, CIS, or NERC CIP.* Solid communication and client-facing skills.

Certification

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – TPRM – PreferredI
