Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Dial potential customers from a provided database to pitch products, share offers, or perform cold calling.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming queries, resolve basic complaints, and provide accurate service details.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for field sales teams.
- Data Management: Log call outcomes, update customer details, and maintain accurate records in a CRM or Excel sheet.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
