Role Purpose

To provide clinical and field-level support for patients, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth implementation, monitoring, documentation, and service coordination of Krireya’s medical devices and therapies.

- Visit hospitals, home service for negative pressure wound therapy sessions and complete it.
- Conduct hospital and patient visits for clinical support, therapy coordination, and regular follow-ups.
- Assist doctors, nurses, and caregivers with medical device application, usage, and basic troubleshooting as per company protocols.
- Manage machine installation, collection, replacement, movement, and tracking in coordination with the operations team.
- Maintain accurate patient, hospital, device, therapy, and service records with timely documentation.
- Submit daily field visit, patient follow-up, machine tracking, and issue reports to the Operations/Zonal Manager.
- Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams to ensure smooth patient service, timely issue resolution, and operational support.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
