Our team thrives on collaboration, fresh ideas, and delivering excellence through every project.Job RoleWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Google Ads Expert to plan, manage, and optimize high-converting PPC campaigns that drive lead generation, increase customer acquisition, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) across global markets.Key Responsibilities

- Develop, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Retargeting).
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Write compelling, high-converting ad copy and design effective landing page recommendations.
- Set up conversion tracking, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies.




- Monitor budget allocation, bid adjustments, and campaign pacing efficiently.
- Ensure account structures adhere to Google Ads best practices and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising technologies.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Performance Max preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with deep familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills for ad messaging.
- Ability to handle multi-budget accounts and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with remarketing lists and CRM integration for lead tracking.
