Globify Software Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in IT, software, web development, digital services, or a similar field.

The ideal candidate should have strong English and Malayalam communication skills, good client-handling and negotiation abilities, and a proven ability to follow up, convert leads, and close sales.

We are looking for someone who is professional, respectful, flexible, organized, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, proposals, and sales closing.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and take ownership of the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover.
