We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst to drive product requirements and engineering team delivery for ServiceNow implementation. In this role, you will lead software engineering projects in one of the core programming languages and influence teams that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
- Manage a concise definition of scope across the entire program
- Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time)
- Act as a scrum master, managing project schedules, identifying possible issues, and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high velocity in a fast-paced environment




- Provide hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields
- Background in ServiceNow implementation
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
- Experience with software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and proven experience as a scrum master driving development sprints

- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
- Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
