Parent Relations & Admissions Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Parent Relations & Admissions Executive to support parent communication, admissions, lead management, school administration, local outreach, and day-to-day coordination at the school.
The role involves interacting with prospective and existing parents, managing admission enquiries and follow-ups, coordinating school visits, supporting events and outreach activities, maintaining records, and assisting the Centre Head with operational requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a school environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesParent Relations & Admissions
- Act as a point of contact for prospective and existing parents.
- Respond to parent enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the school's programs, facilities, admission process, and activities.
- Conduct school visits and explain the school's curriculum, facilities, and learning approach to prospective parents.
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, messages, and other appropriate communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate school visits and counselling interactions.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, visits, and admissions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address parent queries and concerns.
- Support the Centre Head and admissions team in achieving defined admission objectives.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Generate leads through telephone calls, references, walk-ins, events, local outreach, and community activities.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective parents.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead pipeline.
- Track leads from initial enquiry through school visit and admission.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents and pending enquiries.
- Maintain accurate admission-related MIS and reports.
Local Outreach & Marketing Support
- Support local marketing and admission-related outreach activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, community activities, events, residential society activities, and other local initiatives.
- Coordinate with local communities,
residential societies, corporates, and institutions for potential admission opportunities.
- Support corporate and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Collect feedback from parents and the local community and share relevant information with the Centre Head.
School Administration & Operations
- Support the Centre Head in maintaining smooth day-to-day school operations.
- Ensure reception and common areas are maintained in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for maintenance-related requirements.
- Monitor basic standards related to cleanliness, hygiene, security, and facility upkeep.
- Assist with inventory and procurement-related coordination.
- Maintain records related to school resources, vendors, and administrative activities.
- Support the implementation of school safety and operational procedures.
Vendor & Compliance Coordination
- Maintain records related to third-party vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate documentation, attendance, and other administrative requirements related to vendors.
- Monitor service quality and report operational concerns to the Centre Head.
- Support adherence to school SOPs, safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain relevant documentation required for internal reviews and audits.
Events & Parent Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of school events, parent meetings, workshops, orientations, and celebrations.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, vendors, and the Centre Head for event-related requirements.
- Assist with parent engagement activities as per the school calendar.
- Collect and document feedback from parents after relevant events and activities.
- Identify operational improvements that can enhance the parent experience.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated records related to:
- Parent enquiries
- Lead generation and follow-ups
- School visits
- Admissions
- Parent queries and resolutions
- Outreach activities
- Events
- Vendor and facility-related activities
Prepare and share regular updates and reports with the Centre Head.

Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, parent relations, customer relationship management, front office, school administration, hospitality, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in a school, preschool, education, hospitality, or service-oriented environment will be preferred.
- Experience in admissions, lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, or parent engagement will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
