Job Description – Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth for the existing line of business and achieve revenue targets across assigned territories in Mumbai.
- Schedule and attend meetings with surgeons, build robust relationships with key doctors, and promote products through clinical discussions and product demonstrations.
- Proactively identify and develop new leads and business opportunities by mapping hospitals, clinics, and potential customers.
- Expand the dealer/distributor network and strengthen existing channel partnerships.
- Conduct regular field visits, product awareness activities, market surveys, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, training, and issue resolution.
- Mentor junior sales team members when required.

Candidate Profile:





- Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in retail business as a Regional Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager. Experience in medical/healthcare sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to engage with surgeons and convert new leads into business.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Mobile profile with willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and to other cities as required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
